INGREDIENTS: Carolina Brown Rice 46%, Small-sized Lentils 30%, Imported Red Lentils 12%, Imported Black Lentils 4%, dried carrots, red peppers, onions and garlic, sumac, cumin, pepper and laurel.

Easy to Cook In 3-5 cups of boiling water add 1 cup of lentils and rice mix and bring it down to a simmer for 30-40 minutes. A. Fresh Salad Drain the product and let it cool so that it doesn’t become mushy. Add chopped tomatoes and cucumber without the seeds, chopped parsley and fresh onions, anything available! Serve with lemon and/or vinegar, olive oil and salt according to your preferences. B. Main course or side dish Add olive oil and salt while boiling. When done, let it cool and serve with yoghurt or cream cheese.
