Risotto with wild mushroom porcini…appetizer, or fine dining side dish
A typical meal of the Italian cuisine. A delicious appetizer, very popular in Greek cuisine. Serve it with meat cooked in the oven or use it to stuff peppers cooked in the oven.
INGREDIENTS: Carolina rice 90%, dried carrots and onions, porcini mushroom 1, 8%, shiitake mushroom 1, 5%, vegetable stock (salt, sugar, yeast extract, onions, carrots, parsley and turmeric), garlic and black pepper.
